STEP 1 - BORROWER APPROVAL
Apply For LoanYour journey starts with our quick online application (about 10–15 minutes). We review your credit score, tax returns, reserves, experience, and entity details to confirm you’re ready for success. Borrower approval is good for 90 days — and we’re always here to check in before you make an offer.
STEP 2 - PROPERTY APPROVAL
Property ApprovalOnce borrower approval is complete, we move to the property evaluation stage. This includes a thorough assessment of the After-Repair Value (ARV), location, and market potential of the property. We only lend on eligible properties, including single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes within the Greater St. Louis Area. This process ensures that the deal is sound and aligned with both your goals and our funding standards
STEP 3 - FINAL LOAN APPROVAL
With borrower and property approvals in place, we finalize your funding terms, verify insurance, set up your renovation escrow, and coordinate with title. You’ll review your loan package in advance — so your closing day is smooth and fast. Typical around 5–7 business days from clear title.
